Conflict of Interest Management
As SNAP-Education provides services to both families and school districts, we recognize the potential for perceived or actual conflicts of interest. To preserve trust and integrity, SNAP follows a strict dual-engagement protocol:
- We do not represent both a family and a district in matters involving the same student or school team.
- All clients receive a clear disclosure statement outlining how potential conflicts will be addressed.
- In cases of overlap, SNAP will recuse itself from one side and offer referrals to maintain ethical boundaries.
This policy ensures objectivity, confidentiality, and adherence to professional best practices.
